TPV measurements normalized to sourced USD companions
Reported source-currency TPV values remain intact. Matching USD observations are materialized from period-average ECB FX measurements and the site now selects only USD TPV for public display.

Added the agreed 25 high-confidence and 11 long-tail candidates without duplicating IRIS, split Vipps and MobilePay into separate methods, added the supporting schemes/operators/OmanNet network, and corrected qvik to Hungary and AFR.
Compliance catalog expanded and relationship coverage audited
Added 48 source-backed regulations, refreshed applicability and official links, and audited direct authority, market, method, scheme, network, operator and related-instrument relationships for all regulations. Three redundant historical regulator-to-regulation endpoint duplicates were archived while retaining the newer source-backed relationship.
